Turns plain fishing into a little collectible pastime. You need no special rod — you fish exactly as usual, only instead of endless salmon you'll sometimes hook a named fish with its own rarity (common, rare, epic, legendary — plus bits of junk that turn up for a laugh) and a randomly rolled length in centimetres. The rarer catches are announced to the whole server, so when someone reels in a legendary everyone sees it. You either keep the catch for your collection or sell it on the spot for money via /emf shop or /emf sellall. Every so often a time-limited fishing competition kicks off, announced by a bossbar and in chat: depending on the type it's about catching the most, the single biggest, or the biggest total — and the top three take diamonds and experience. Here we've kept fishing open and friendly: it plays nicely with AuraSkills (we disabled their fishing loot so the two don't clash) and we've added our own touch, "fish for fish" — sneak and right-click a fancy fish and it turns into a plain vanilla fish you can then cook normally or feed to a cat or a dolphin. A cozy reason to sit by the water in the evening.

How to use

1. 1Take an ordinary rod and fish at any water — no special rod needed.
