At last you protect your own build, no waiting on an operator. You get a golden shovel, click one corner of your plot and then the opposite one — and that's it: inside that area no outsider can build, break anything or raid your chests. And you're safe from the very first minute — the moment you place your first chest, a small claim forms around it automatically. Everyone starts with 100 claim blocks and earns more just by playing (100 per hour, up to 80,000), so the more you play, the bigger the area you can stake out. You let friends in with /trust — for building, or just for the chests, or just to pass through. Here claims work in the main world (Overworld); the Nether and End stay unprotected wilderness. It's the player's counterpart to WorldGuard: an operator manages big towns and zones with the golden wand, while you mark out a golden-shovel claim yourself, for your own home.
How to use
- 1Place your first chest — a small protected claim forms around it automatically, so your stuff is safe right away.
- 2Take the golden shovel and click one corner of your plot, then the opposite one → the area is fenced off and protected.
- 3Need more room? Click a claim corner with the golden shovel and drag it out, or use /extendclaim <blocks>.
- 4Let friends in: /trust <player> to build, /containertrust for chests only, /accesstrust just to pass through.
- 5Check how many claim blocks you have left with /claimslist; drop a plot you no longer need with /abandonclaim.
Want to see exactly where a claim runs? Right-click the ground with a plain stick and the borders light up briefly. And beware: claims you don't use for a long time expire automatically (a lone chest after 7 days, an unused plot after 14) — so do something on your land now and then. And if you ever get stuck in a trap or someone else's claim, /trapped ejects you back out.
