Everything is stored in your workspace on the server and syncs across devices. You build pages from blocks — text, a to-do list, a table, a kanban board — and nest them inside each other like folders. You can start from a ready template (journal, tasks, wiki) and gradually bend it to fit you.
Step by step
- Download AppFlowy (Windows, macOS or Linux).
- On first launch choose Self-hosted (Cloud Settings) and enter the server below.
- Sign up with the email I enabled — and you're set.
- Install the AppFlowy app.
- In settings enter the self-hosted server (below) and sign in.
- Open appflowy.irminsul.uk and sign in or sign up.
- You'll then see the same workspace on web and in the app.
Tips & troubleshooting
