Before you start — You'll get a username and a first password from me. Once you're in, set your own password and switch on two-factor straight away — so it's all yours.

Two-factor (2FA)

Authentik is the gateway to everything else. After signing in you'll see your profile, where you can change your password anytime, switch 2FA on or off, and sign out devices you no longer use. You won't re-enter a password in the other apps — you just click «Login with Authentik» and it lets you through.
Step by step
- Open auth.irminsul.uk and sign in with the username and password I gave you.
- Top-right, open Settings → change your password to your own — strong and not reused anywhere.
- Turn on two-factor (2FA): add an app like Aegis or Google Authenticator and scan the QR code.
- Done. From now on you sign in to photos, files and notes with the «Login with Authentik» button.
Tips & troubleshooting
- Save your password in a password manager (Bitwarden, Proton Pass, 1Password).
- Back up your 2FA — keep the recovery codes or run your authenticator on two devices.
- Lost your password or 2FA? Message me and I'll reset it.
